REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

I. Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose sales strategy to drive business growth for responsible region: including current/new customers, current/new products, dividing territories for sales staff depending on ability…
  • Execute company’s sales strategies thoroughly to drive business growth.
  • Responsible for individual & the whole team sales target as company’s expectation depending of certain period.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Propose sales promotion campaigns to compete with competitors & achieve company sales target.
  • Make sales forecast basing on key factors & updated monthly based on reality to ensure best services to customers & support supply chain team in stock preparation before 25th of every month.
  • Make monthly customer visit & manage team members to submit Sales Director before 25th of every month.
  • Manage team members to ensure company’s sales strategies executed thoroughly to drive business growth.
  • Involving in recruitment of new sales staff to fulfil team member.
  • Train, guide, mentor & motivate sales staff to maximize their potential & support them in driving successfully individual sales target.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to Sales Director.
  • Responsible for taking care key customers in the territory.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently & timely.
  • Expanding company’s footprint by developing both new wholesales & retails to ensure the sustainability of company’s business.
  • Monitor sales metrics and ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
  • Provide detailed reports and updates to Sales Director on business performance timely.
  • Report any issues to Sales Director with 100% transparency, fairness & timely.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Coordinate with other sales team in necessary cases of business.
  • Other tasks assigned by the company.

II. What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales & 2 years in management position
  • Experience in the eyewear, medical devices, and aesthetics industry being an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to go on business trip in provinces.
  • Good attitude & open-mindset.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

IV. Working conditions

  • Working base: Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Working time: 8:00 ~ 17:00. (Break 1 hour from 12:00 ~ 13:00)
  • Working days: Monday ~ Saturday morning.
  • Travel allowance.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle with fuel allowance. Using bus for travelling to provinces & rent motorbike for customer visit. Car provided in certain cases with approval from Sales Director.

MARKETING SUPERVISOR

I. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Vina Vista’s marketing strategies to drive growth and align with sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee and optimize online and offline channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
  • Plan and manage events, seminars, exhibitions, and workshops to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop targeted lead generation and nurturing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing activities and enhance cross-functional execution.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, assessing and optimizing campaign performance for ongoing improvements.

II. What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and independently manage multiple projects within a dynamic team environment.
